Turkish Patents (TP) first action for all applications is procedural review –which takes a month time- to approve if all filing requirements are fulfilled or if you take a refusal than you have a correction period which is 2 months.
Secondly Turkish Patent (TP) does similarity or identical analysis for the mark. Generally this period takes up to 2 months.
